Warehouse Assistant
Duration: Permanent/Full Time
Hours of work: 5 over 7 days. 37.5-42.5 hours per week. Must be able to work occasional weekends and bank holidays.
Wage: Dependant on experience.
Candidate must have a counterbalance forklift licence and a full clean driving licence. Successful candidates must be above 25 years of age due to company vehicle insurance.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work within our warehouse. Main duties will involve booking in and accepting deliveries, customer
deliveries and maintaining a safe clean and tidy work environment.
Candidate must have a high standard of health and safety awareness.

Mail Order and General Sales Assistant
Duration: Temporary 6 months contract
Hours of work: Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm, to include bank holidays.
Wage: National Minimum Wage
Candidate must be prepared to work as part of a team, be self motivated and enthusiastic, flexible with their hours and helpful to customers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for answering the telephone, transferring calls, data inputting, dealing with general customer
enquiries and administrative duties such as filing and data collection.
Applicants must have basic computer skills, excellent customer service, a professional telephone manner and a flexible approach to working
practices. This role will also include covering on the Water Garden Sales Department.

Tropical & Cold Water Fish Senior Sales Assistant
Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: 5 over 7 days. 37.5-42.5 hours per week. Must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
Wage: Dependant on experience.
We require a self-motivated, flexible individual to carry out the day to day husbandry of our tropical and coldwater fish. Duties will include maintaining fish systems, stock replenishment and general housekeeping duties.
You will be working as part of a team providing a high standard of customer service. Successful candidates must have industry knowledge of this specialist retail environment, retail experience and good customer service skills.

Tropical & Coldwater Fish Sales Assistant
Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: 15 hours a week. Saturday and Sunday.
Wage: National Minimum Wage
Candidates must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday. We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual to work as part of a team providing a high standard of customer service.
Basic duties include general fish husbandry, housekeeping duties, serving customers both on site and on the telephone.
