We aim to hold stock of all products (unless otherwise stated) so we can get your order to you, often within 2-5 working days. All orders within the UK are now sent by carrier. The only exception to this may be for orders north of Glasgow or to offshore islands. Orders from these regions will be sent by parcel post or royal mail recorded/special delivery dependant on weight.
Heavy/Special Order items
The delivery price for our larger items varies from £15-£40. Due to the nature of some of the products we sell it would be
expected that the delivery time on these orders would be around 7-10 days however, please check with our mail order department before ordering, as there may be a shorter or longer lead time dependant on the product.
Plants, Fish and Snails:- Standard Delivery £5.50
We aim to dispatch all orders containing plants, fish and snails on the following Tuesday after the order is placed. For items to be dispatched on this date please ensure your order reaches us by 11am Friday, otherwise the order may be held back until the following week. Plants, fish and snails are only dispatched when weather conditions are appropriate, this is usually between April and October, however you will be notifi ed at the time of ordering if there are any restrictions on your delivery. Please note an express service on orders containing plants fish or snails is not available.
