Barley Straw is effective against unicellular algae (green water) and blanket weed. Natural decomposition by micro-organisms gives rise to anti-algal factors. Harmless to pets and wildlife. Use one pouch per 800 gallons (3500 litres or 130 cubic feet) of water.
