This Ecocel filter has been designed to replace the market leading Biozorb and Bioflock box filters. The filter has both its inlet and outlet at the top of the box so that most of the unit can be buried, if required. Improvements to the original black box filters include; a spray intake, which increases the oxygen content of the water before it flows through the media, intergral carrying handles and viewing hatch to observe if maintenance is required. The filter is ideal in planted ponds to improve water quality and remove suspended solids. A separate UVC can be added allowing the filter to also remove green water. Overall easy to maintain and excellent value for money. Will accept 19 or 25mm hose(inlet) and 40mm hose(outlet)for pools upto 2200litres. Max flow rate 2250L/H. Unit size 40.5x30x40cm.
